The first step in getting involved in MakeMusicPDX is to fill out one of our registration forms. Just fill it out and return it to us by mail, and we will match your interests with those of other musicians and singers.
When we have enough people to launch a new group, we will contact you and let you know about the musicians selected to be in your group. We will also assign a coach to work with your group in preparation for a performance.

| Attend and be on time for all the rehearsals/practices. (Remember that your participation makes a difference to your other group members.) |
| Allow the coach be the guide and mentor. |
| Respect that vocalists, when part of a group, may have need to modify the group’s music to fit their vocal range, etc.. |
| Remember that recreational music making is about having fun and not always having to make the music perfect. |
| Be willing to experiment and try something different for the good of the music making experience. |
| Offer only constructive criticism to group members, coaches, and leaders. |
